The AIPI 2.2 are handmade brown leather boots inspired by American WWII-era military footwear, handcrafted in Tallinn from 2mm thick full-grain leather. Triple-stitched rubber sole, EVA insole stitched to the upper, full leather lining. Built for daily wear across work, travel, and outdoor use. Unisex.

American WWII Military Heritage

The design draws specifically from WWII-era American military boots — utilitarian, durable, built without ornamentation. Handcrafted in the same Tallinn workshop that supplies the Estonian Defence Forces and is stocked by Varusteleka, Finland's largest military surplus and outdoor equipment retailer.

Full-Grain Leather — Expect a Break-In Period

The 2mm leather upper is full-grain and will take time to soften and shape to your foot — typically 1–3 weeks of regular wear. The full leather lining regulates temperature and moisture year-round, moulding alongside the upper as it breaks in.

EVA Insole and Stitched Construction

The EVA insole is sewn directly to the upper rather than glued, contributing flexible cushioning while keeping the boot's stitched-through repairability intact throughout.
